Set on a privately owned 106-hectare game farm, Pumula offers a quiet escape from the demands of everyday life. Surrounded by nature, guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy the slower pace of the bushveld. The Waterberg is the first region in the north of South Africa to be declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

Your Hosts

Your hosts, Bart and Marcelle Ridder (South African and Dutch) have been living in Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda) for over 16 years and have visited many places in the world. We have been dreaming of owning and running our own lodge for many years and are still shocked that this dream has become a reality.
